Training

Training plays an important role in the HSCSP-IR. The goal is to promote the development of professional and personal skills in employees in the interest of achieving organizational objectives. Training also enables people to adapt to particular jobs, thus facilitating change processes.

The training implemented in the HSCSP-IR is based on a comprehensive model aimed at all groups. The Members of the Comission are the following ones: Muna Al-Housin, Elena Serrano, Miriam Ors, Rosa Antón, Mª Virtudes Céspedes y Cati Pérez.
